eCom Marketing has the task of driving cosnova's eCommerce business forward.
In doing so, the eCom Marketing team provides the foundation for the online business - in form of online-exclusive products, eCommerce content and campaigns,processes and systems. The global brand models of essence and CATRICE are interpreted and adapted for the online sales channels.
As part of this working student position, you will support the sub-area around eCommerce content, i.e. primarily online assets (images, videos, texts, attributes).
Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for creating rich content (e.g. Amazon A+ content) for our national and international markets. To do this, you brief creative agencies independently or create parts of the content yourself
- You combine existing content with your beauty knowledge to inform our consumers even better about our products and thus contribute to our growing success in eCommerce
- You are part of a cross-functional team that works on the strategic development of our eCommerce customers
- You adapt existing content for other retailers and their systems
- You optimize the content for our international markets and independently research the necessary adjustments
- You create product comparison tables for cross-selling on the product detail pages
- You ensure that the latest and most relevant topics are always visible in our Catrice and essence brand stores and prepare the materials for this independently
- You analyze the Amazon Brandstore data at regular intervals and optimize the structure of the site accordingly
Your Qualifications:
- You study in the field of media design, communication design, business administration or similar
- Ideally you are available immediately for at least 12 months (20h/week)
- You enjoy the creative design and implementation of marketing materials
- You have some experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect) and can make adjustments to our assets independently
- A very good feel for the target groups and the brand language of essence and Catrice
- Enthusiasm, affinity and "early adopter" for cosmetics, digital trends and relevant lifestyle topics
- You have high quality standards and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of German language and good written and spoken English
