Your job:
- Support the Project Manager in operational tasks related to Consumer Data -projects for essence and Catrice.
- Assist in the preparation, testing and documentation of skin tone, product and shade data across different countries.
- Help in coordination of data collection processes with internal and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain overviews and tracking tools for shade selection activities, data sets, and project timelines.
- Support the organization of stakeholder meetings by compiling presentation materials and results.
- Organize the documentation and visualization of regional skin tone distributions and shade mappings.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and data teams to support the operational execution of shade-related projects.
Your profile:
- Academic studies in Economics, Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related subject, and already at least 2 completed semesters.
- Duration: min. 6 months, ideally starting in September 2025
- Ideally first practical experience, preferably in a marketing, data, or project management-related function in a FMCG company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to structure information.
- Proactive and motivated team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Interest in the beauty industry and enthusiasm for digital and data-driven approaches fitting personalization and product development.
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data & project management or AI tools (e.g. Asana, Tableau, Miro) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work independently on operational tasks and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, data, and product development.
