Your responsibilities:
- Support with administration relating to the employee life cycle (entries, changes, departures), in particular for interns and working students
- Check time recording data and record absences
- Create employment references
- Prepare lists and reports
- Maintain personnel files
- General support for the HR operations team
Your profile:
- Existing enrollment in a relevant degree program, e.g. business administration, social sciences, psychology with a focus on HR/HR or comparable
- Duration: as of August 2025, ideally minimum one year for 20 hours per week
- Independent and careful way of working as well as an eye for detail
- Commitment, reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good German and English skills
