Then, you have come to the right place, because we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the People & Organization/Employee Development Department.
Your responsibilities:
- You organise internal and external training courses (training bookings, appointment coordination, revision of training documents, room preparations, etc.)
- You support the onboarding of new employees
- You set up various training courses and e-learning programmes in our learning management system
- You provide support for employees with enquiries about personnel development and training
- You design our intranet page with content on personnel and organisational development, health management and information for our foreign subsidiaries
Your profile:
- You are enrolled in a relevant degree programme (e.g. business administration, social sciences, psychology with a focus on HR/HR or comparable)
- Duration: at least 6 months for 20 hours per week, start as of August/September 2026
- You enjoy working with people and have strong organisational and communication skills
- Your way of working is characterised by independence, diligence and attention to detail
- You are committed, show initiative and reliability when carrying out tasks on your own responsibility
- You are confident in using MS Office and have an interest in other digital system environments (learning management system)
- Good knowledge of German and English
