You support our QA Managers in their daily tasks within the areas of quality assurance and cosmetic regulatory affairs, with a particular focus on:
- Creating and maintaining formulations and products in our formulation database
- Analyzing product information in Excel
- Coordinating the shipment of routine analyses
- Managing documentation
- Maintaining product data in a Product Information System
You will gain valuable insights into quality assurance processes and international product registrations within the cosmetics industry.

- A degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, food chemistry, or a comparable discipline) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Duration: at least 6 months, ideally starting as soon as possible.
- You have a strong interest in quality assurance.
- You work independently and carefully, and you demonstrate a quick grasp of new topics.
- You are an excellent team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
- You are confident in using common MS Office applications and have a high affinity for digital systems and tools.
