Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
- You support us in handling consumer service inquiries across our service channels and occasionally by phone, ensuring that consumers receive fast, empathetic, and helpful responses.
- You help identify recurring questions, feedback, and consumer needs, and prepare these insights for relevant internal stakeholders.
- You support the team in making key insights from consumer inquiries visible and sharing them with the appropriate departments.
- You challenge existing processes, contribute your own ideas, and support the continuous improvement of our consumer service operations.
- You maintain and structure information in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Asana, Intercom, and Shopify, while supporting the team with operational and organizational tasks.

- You are an enrolled student with an interest in communication and marketing.
- You are available to support us for at least 6 months and can ideally start as soon as possible.
- You are confident writing in both German and English. Dutch skills are a plus, but not required.
- You work in a structured and reliable way and are able to keep track of multiple topics simultaneously.
- You are eager to learn tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, and Shopify, or already have some initial experience with them.
- You think proactively, identify opportunities for improvement, and are motivated not only to execute processes but also to help further develop them.
- You are interested in beauty, consumer behavior, and understanding how feedback can help create better services, products, and experiences.
