From day one, you'll become an integral part of our investment team and gain hands-on experience across the entire venture capital lifecycle.
- Identify and evaluate promising startups across consumer, beauty and technology, while staying up to date on emerging market trends.
- Build and manage the investment pipeline by proactively sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities.
- Participate in founder meetings and support the evaluation of potential investments through commercial due diligence, market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare investment materials and analysis to support internal decision-making.
- Work closely with portfolio companies and support founders on strategic and operational topics, including research, growth initiatives and business development projects.
- Identify and explore potential commercial and strategic synergies between portfolio companies and the broader cosnova ecosystem.
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects across the investment team, including reporting, portfolio monitoring as well as internal marketing and positioning initiatives.

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Previous internship or working student experience in Venture Capital, Strategy Consulting, Start-ups or Corporate Development is a strong plus.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, consumer brands and innovation.
- Genuine curiosity about founders and emerging business models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, financial models and market analysis.
- Ability to combine structured thinking with commercial intuition.
- Highly independent, proactive and organized
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
