cosnova is in the midst of a digital transformation and is building an intelligent marketing system that enables data-driven decisions, new consumer experiences, and AI-supported innovations.
Our MarTech & Digital Products team is developing the digital foundation for this: from consumer experiences and automated journeys to data-based beauty tech products. As an intern, you will be part of this development – hands-on, creative, and very close to real experiences.

Customer Experience & Communication Layer
- Support the further development of our beauty tech experiences such as Matched.com (personalized product matching platform) and Beauty Data X (data-driven beauty diagnostics & consumer insights).
- Collaborate on concepts, UX analyses, and testing of these products.
- Insights into digital experiences such as Virtual Try-On, ShadeFinder, or SkinCam.
Real-Time Orchestration Layer
- Help build automated marketing journeys that use data from tools such as Beauty Data X or Matched.com.
- Creation and testing of triggers, segments, and personalization rules.
- Support with A/B testing and performance evaluations.
Integration Layer
- Collaborate on the integration of data from Beauty Data X, Matched.com, and other digital products into CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms.
- Documentation of systems, data flows, and interfaces.
Team, Enablement & Innovation
- Support with workshops, playbooks, and internal updates for marketing and brands.
- Preparation of insights and use cases related to AI, data products, and experience innovation.
- Participation in experiments, e.g., prototyping new beauty tech ideas.

- You are studying marketing, digital business, media, UX, data science, or a related subject.
- You are interested in MarTech, digital products, beauty tech, and consumer insights.
- Initial experience (university/projects) with CMS, CRM, analytics, AI, UX, or web technologies is a plus.
- You think in a structured, data-driven way and are curious about complex systems.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and communicate clearly.
- Important: You are eager to try new things – whether it's journey building, presentation building, UX testing, or data analysis.
