Are you studying and looking for a working student position? Are you creative and enjoy working in a team? Are you motivated to work on your own projects? Then, you have come to the right place, because we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the Communication Team for our LATAM HUB. 

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • You support our Digital Marketing & Growth Manager LATAM in marketing communications for our brands essence & CATRICE across paid media, influencer marketing, brand activations, and social media in the Latin American region.
  • You develop social media content for regional Instagram channels in collaboration with our agency in Chile.
  • You manage and coordinate communication with external agencies, service providers, and suppliers.
  • You analyze the market and competitive landscape, conduct research, and prepare presentations.
  • You take ownership by independently managing smaller projects.
  • You organize marketing events.

  • You are currently studying business administration, communications, or a marketing-related area (at least 2 completed semesters). 
  • Duration: at least 6 months, ideally starting immediately. 
  • Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in marketing within an FMCG company or a marketing/communications agency. 
  • You have a strong passion for decorative cosmetics, beauty, and our brands. 
  • You are interested in trends and social media, with solid knowledge of TikTok and Instagram. 
  • Your working style is characterized by teamwork and commitment. 
  • You have very good English and Spanish skills (written and spoken; ideally a native Latin-American Spanish speaker) and are willing to communicate openly with international business partners. 
  • You are confident using standard MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
