Ready to level up your love for gaming, beauty, and pop culture? We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the Digital Brand Experiences department – Gaming & Youth.

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

Be our essence gaming community manager on Roblox (Kingdom of essentia) and Discord: chat with players, answer questions, and make our audience feel seen.

  • You play in-game, moderate comments, and collect feedback from our Roblox - Kingdom of essentia community to share with our development team.
  • You track bugs, game suggestions, and UGC ideas—and keep our feedback tracker up to date.
  • You support the coordination between stakeholders (developers, agencies, and internal teams).
  • You help draft our bi-weekly Gaming newsletter (strategy updates, wins, upcoming activations).
  • You bring your own ideas for quests, items, trends, and cultural moments we could integrate in the game.

You bring the skills. we give you the space.

  • You are enrolled in a degree programme in media or communication studies or a comparable degree programme. 
  • You are a native Roblox player, live and breathe digital culture, and speak the language of gamers.
  • You’re active on Roblox, Discord, Tik Tok and Youtube and understand what builds good communities.
  • You communicate empathetically, write clearly, and love making people feel welcome. 
  • Fluent in English. (German and other languages are a plus)
  • You’re into anime, cosplay, pop culture or anything niche & passionate—we want you to bring your flavor!
