Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
POS Marketing
- Maintain and update POS visuals in STEP
- Create and continuously improve visual briefing documents
- Coordinate external agencies and support design and feedback processes
- Assist with POS rollouts and handle customer requests related to POS materials
- Prepare training materials and support operational POS projects
Assortment
- Conduct regular market and competitor analyses
- Support display, POS and visual merchandising projects
- Assist with biannual fixture updates and pre-update checks
- Prepare Spark Sessions and international sales presentations
- Organize and coordinate product sample orders and shipments
- Support the creation of product claims and visual assets
Communication
- Analyze current social media and beauty trends
- Create presentations, newsletters and communication materials
- Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns
- Coordinate smaller communication projects together with agencies and distributors
- Manage content on external platforms and coordinate product shipments to agencies

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, with at least two completed semesters
- Available for a minimum of six months, ideally starting as soon as possible
- Initial practical experience in marketing within an FMCG company or a marketing/communications agency is a plus
- Passion for beauty, colour cosmetics and the latest consumer and social media trends
- Confident user of TikTok, Instagram and digital marketing platforms
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; Arabic is considered a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
